Land prices continue to defy everything from the bad weather to milk prices and over the month of May high prices continued to be paid while letting prices seem to have come back from the highs of last year.

In Limerick Tom Crosse of GVM sold a 190ac dairy farm in a series of lots for a total of €4.15m making an average price of €21,842/ac.
