A 20ac farm with a small yard and an old cottage at Scurlockstown near Trim in Co Meath made €47,000/ac when bought by Deeside Agri Services of Dunleer, Co Louth.

The farm, originally a Land Commission holding, was the subject of an executor sale and includes a cottage that has been uninhabited from some time along with some dated outbuildings.
