The developer of Ashleigh Centre, a neighbourhood shopping centre in Castleknock Village, Dublin 15, is offering The Twin Oaks pub in the shopping centre for sale for €1,750,000 or for rent at €100,000 per year.

Extending to 495sqm, the Twin Oaks property accommodates an extensive licensed premises and restaurant – which agent John Ryan of BDM Property says is “presented in excellent condition throughout”.
