Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus out!

A new age dawns for The Iron Oath—v1.0 is here!

November 2 2023

The hour of reckoning has arrived…the Early Access era of The Iron Oath has ended, and version 1.0 officially launches today!

In Curious Panda Games’ turn-based tactical role-playing game, you command the fates and fortunes of a mercenary company in the harsh, gritty fantasy realm of Caelum. Over the course of a campaign that spans years of Caelum’s history, you’ll hire and customize recruits, manage your band’s operations, embark on perilous missions, and build your renown. All the while, Noble Houses will rise, cities will fall, the world of Caelum will change…and perilous new opportunities will emerge that are yours for the taking.

If you’ve yet to swear The Iron Oath, today’s the day to seize the opportunity. The team at Curious Panda has been hard at work during Early Access to bring their complete vision of the game to life. Over the past year-plus, they’ve made multiple major updates that added new quests and world content, introduced new character class customization options, revamped combat and systems with the help of the Early Access community’s feedback, and more. Check out what they’ve accomplished…

The Journey to v1.0 included a quality of life update on May 20, 2022; the major Fire and Ice content update on August 12; the Friends and Foes update on March 31, 2023; The Tales by the Fire update,, on August 25, 2023; and Expeditions in October 4. Version 1.0 is out now and adds the main campaign conclusion, legendary gear, new unique quests, the Vanguard campaign, a new region, new combat environment, and Steam Achievements.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Early Access phase and played a role in helping Curious Panda bring Version 1.0 of The Iron Oath to life. Now it’s time to command, endure, prosper, and discover a new era of Caelum…your fortune awaits!

The Iron Oath is available now for PC. You can help support Curious Panda by purchasing it in the Humble Store, where Humble Games developers receive a larger percentage from each sale.
