A specially appointed prosecutor said he will not pursue any charges against the two Atlanta police officers who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks more than two years ago.
Garrett Rolfe will remain on administrative leave until the criminal charges against him are resolved, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said.
Garrett Rolfe's lawsuit was filed the same day that prosecutors filed a motion to revoke his bond, citing an alleged travel violation.
Former officer Garrett Rolfe faces 11 charges, including felony murder, after fatally shooting Brooks. Devin Brosnan was charged with aggravated assault.
