The family home of Aussie swim star Ariarne Titmus has hit the market recently with a price guide of $2.35 – $2.55 million.
The 23-year-old Olympic gold medallist broke the 200-metre freestyle world record last month, however, it seems the Brisbane home she grew up in is unlikely to break any property price records after the two-storey Chelmer property was passed in at auction.
