The family home of Aussie swim star Ariarne Titmus has hit the market recently with a price guide of $2.35 โ $2.55 million.
The 23-year-old Olympic gold medallist broke the 200-metre freestyle world record last month, however, it seems the Brisbane home she grew up in is unlikely to break any property price records after the two-storey Chelmer property was passed in at auction.
Nevertheless, the property at 8 Chelmer Street East, Chelmer is sure to attract buyer interest with its resort-like amenities and its prime location near local schools, public transport and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
The Titmus family home unsurprisingly features a swimming pool, as well as an abundance of living and entertaining space, all finished in a contemporary Hamptons style.
According to realestate.com.au, the four-bedroom weatherboard was built by Lindona for Ariarneโs parents Steve, a Channel Seven Gold Coast News co-anchor and Robyn, a recruitment consultant.
The beloved Aussie swimmer only moved out of her family home in December last year and presumably moved into the luxurious Teneriffe apartment she bought for $1.65 million in June 2022.
