All recipes are uniquely designed to fit within Hilton Head Health’s suggested program calorie ranges – as low as 1200-1600 calories a day. Our American and multi-ethnic menu was also carefully created to meet the guidelines of the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
