Come to Hilton Head Health to make real progress towards your health and wellness or weight loss goals, but also come to get away, relax and focus on yourself in a serene location. In addition to our Sweetgrass Inn, we also offer one, two, and three-bedroom private villa options for you to relax and unwind after your day in the program. Private villas feature a full living area, dining room, kitchen, and laundry, along with a porch or patio. Each bedroom is complete with an en-suite bathroom. If you are considering a longer stay, our villa option will feel like your home away from home. Most villas are located across a beautiful lagoon that separates them from the main campus, about a 3-7 minute walk.

Hilton Head Health is nestled within the charming gated community of Shipyard located on the southeastern side of Hilton Head Island. Shipyard offers miles of walking paths through 800 acres of moss-draped oak trees, palms, and lagoons that attract Lowcountry birds and other wildlife. Our seaside community also houses three golf courses in the Heritage Golf Collection and Van Der Meer, one of Tennis Magazine's Top 50 USA tennis resorts’ along with the AAA Four-Diamond Sonesta Resort. As an added health benefit you can enjoy pedestrian paths for walking or biking to our main campus or the beach.
