OT'S & Romsey suffered disappointment last Saturday in the Southern Premier League when their away fixture at Rowledge fell victim to the weather.

On Tuesday evening they travelled to Cadnam in the Border League. Having won the toss OT'S opted to bat first. OT'S amassed 217 for 4 wickets in their 18 overs.

Opener Jack Bransgrove hit a quick fire 54 but the total was built around an unbeaten 118 run partnership between Harry Tulk and Joe Vaughan. Vaughan was content to give the bulk of the strike to Tulk who destroyed the Cadnam bowlers with an unbeaten 105 from just 36 balls, which included 11 sixes.

Vaughan finished 27 not out. Cadnam never threatened to get anywhere near the OT'S total and did well in the end to reach 171 for 5. There were two wickets for Hakim Peruzi and one a piece for Vaughan, Wathen and Khan. Sah top scored for Cadnam with 56.

OT'S remain unbeaten in the Border League and look to continue their good run in the Southern Premier League 1st Division when they entertain Totton & Ealing on Saturday at the Bypass Ground.
