A new health food shop is coming to Winchester High Street.
Grape Tree, a chain selling nuts, dried fruit and other health food, has put up a sign announcing its future opening.
The shop is vacant after the closure of podiatry and shoe wear chain Shuropody on June 19.
Shuropody has not replied to the Chronicle's questions over the sudden sacking of at least seven members of its staff.

There has been a spate of recent shop closures in Winchester city centre, including Bell Fine Art, Ecco, Mooch, Phase Eight, CCG, Pavilion and Patisserie Valerie.
On its website, Grape Tree says it sell "whole foods and superfoods, including our own 100% Organic range.

"Plus, healthy and nutritious snacks such as nuts, dried fruits, and seeds. Our walnuts are a real food source. Browse organic, free from, raw, and vegan product ranges. Our range also extends to personal care and beauty, minerals, vitamins and supplements."
The Chronicle has approached Grape Tree for comment.
It is a boost for retail on the High Street as many shops have become cafes or restaurants in recent years. The biggest is nearby Debenhams which is being converted into three large restaurants.
