Villa Blanca in Laurel Park NC

During the renovation, three small rooms became one large kitchen, providing ample room for cooking and storage. The brick backsplash, originally from France, was a pleasant surprise. It was left over from a walkway project and discovered in the basement.

The prior owner had extensive stone patios and retaining walls built anchoring the backyard. They continue to provide space for entertaining and family gatherings surrounded by the woods.
