Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor completed the transaction by paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore. The Money Control report also suggests that the couple bought the apartment from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, that had acquired the property in February 2023 as a part of a bulk deal. The property, Three Sixty West, includes two premium towers: one housing the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and the other includes luxurious residences, including 4 BHKs, 5 BHKs, duplexes, and penthouses.

In 2018, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput spent around Rs 59 crore (including stamp duty) to acquire a duplex. Spread across 8,625 square feet, the home also gave them access to six parking spaces. The Bollywood couple left their Juhu home and moved into the duplex in 2022 that offers unrestricted views of the Arabian Sea. They have also shared glimpses of their luxurious new home on social media.

Meanwhile, their old Juhu home has been rented out to actor Kartik Aaryan. Located on the ground floor of Praneta Building in Juhu, the 3,681 square feet house was bought by Kapoor in 2014 for Rs 30 crore. Now, it has been leased out to Aaryan for three years. According to Hindustan Times, Kapoor will receive a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, Rs 8.02 lakh in the next 12 years, and Rs 8.58 lakh per month in the final year of the transaction.
