Reed Nelson
Style Commerce Writer
Reed Nelson is a proud menswear nerd who has written and edited for Refinery29, Heddels, Well Spent (RIP), the Salt Lake Tribune, and the San Francisco-Bay Guardian, among others, covering men’s fashion, sports, local politics, criminal justice reform, and more.
In another life, he spent years working the retail floor at places like Unionmade Goods, Gant Rugger, J.Crew and Nike, trying on essentially every piece of clothing that came through the doors in the process. Reed has also worked as the in-house copywriter at brands both large and small, and at The Soze Agency, leading brand and communication strategy.
He cares (objectively) too much about pants, brick-and-mortar retail, and getting outdoors, especially if climbing is involved. Reed lives in Brooklyn, NY, and can be reached at reed_nelson@condenast.com.
