I've set my goal to 1 the past few years and it's worked wonders for me, Lisa. Happy to see you doing the same! I basically use the challenge to keep track of my number of books. Not to tell me how I'm doing towards a goal. My goal is to read short books, long books, write reviews, read reviews and interact with as many people as possible! A number of books read is a hurdle I don't want to worry about :)

Wicked, Lisa. Well put. I read books in spurts so if I make my goal - great. Totally up to how I feel and stretch my mind.
