Bookclub I wanted to attend chose this book. Math problems at the beginning of each chapter were nice brain teasers, definitely had fun trying to crack them, but the whole book was just not for me. It is showing the power of math, how math created all the shortcuts to solve complicated problems in no time, how we used all of the shortcuts to reach all the technological advancement we are living in now. The most disappointing part of the book is that it was voted the BEST historical fiction boom of 2023 !! I may have given the book a better review if it wasn’t the BEST, since you get some much expectations from the BEST !!
