Mary (vlyspgsgardenaolcom) I was stumbling around the internet and found a great looking book: Ars Magica by Judith Tarr Historical Fantasy...

I know ... my wishlist is currently about 190 books long and I think the unread books count sits around 70 ....

Charles (nogdog) I started The Lies of Locke Lamora a while back and could not get into it at all. I was thinking of suggesting The Dragon Keeper as I got the free introductory offer and have not yet started it, but I see it's now $12.99, and I know many will not want to spend that much.

Rachel Stefano (CandyPanda) This is great! I've got two I've been waiting to read and I'd love to do it in a group. Both are youth oriented, but that's what makes them appealing in my opinion. Hunger Games seems to be everywhere and probably for good reason . Then Powerless: The Synthesis is a new series but a friend told me it's great.
The Hunger Games (Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins The Synthesis (Powerless, #1) by Jason Letts
So when are we going to get started with this? Is there some kind of deadline?

I added Hunger Games here, but it could also count as a Science Fiction since it's a bit of a crossover ....

The first fantasy selection from this list will be for the July 1st book selection. and from there we will pick off this list every other month so there is no real cutoff - books can accumulate.

I added in the run-off nominations from the theme round ... and I think I'll start adding them each month as we go forward. :)
