The extra one is Sarah Pinsker It comes from an ebook anthology that has one of her stories translated into French here Angle Mort 11 Her story is A Stretch of Highway Two Lanes Wide can be found in her website bio http://www.sarahpinsker.com/fiction/ so I'm sure it's the same.

I suspect this might not be considered a series according to GR series policy.

Is there a reason you didn't add the authors?
The publisher considers it a series as far as doing it annually goes but they don't list it with their series so yeah a little messy.
