Why did I decide to read this book?
Lasting love is at the heart of my life. I have always been in awe of love, it’s natural highs, the challenges, and the profound lessons and growth that love brings. I was intrigued by Shetty's promise to learn how to see, grow, and let love go. His writing is a masterpiece. His words, woven with gentle hands, whispered to my hearts secrets and called on me to see a new deeper and more real love in its many forms.
There is an audiobook available, you can listen to it 8 Rules of Love - Audiobook

I find Shetty's writing to feel like a comforting conversation with my dearest friend, sharing intimate stories and universal truths about creating something real in relationships. The book is filled with a balance of advice, internal conversation, and challenge personally and socially. Each chapter of the book leaves the reader with a healthy balance of action and reflection personally and socially, with a voice that stirs the soul of the listener.

Shetty's beautiful voice is dripping with sincerity and understanding, makes the listener feel that this audiobook this is a companion walking you into love. The audiobook immediately becomes more than a book on love; it is a journey into love and understanding love. I felt his book, mindfulness, compassion, and self-understanding as ingredients to create and support healthy relationships with others.
