First and foremost, thank you to K.J. and her team for selecting me to receive the ARC for this book.

Do you like ghosts *cough* excuse me, REVENANTS? How about Silence of the Lambs or Stranger Things? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, this book would be right up your alley. I have read almost all of K.J.'s books and this has to be my favorite so far, her writing is beautiful and her ability to write a world that you want to jump into and characters you want to know (and hug... Michael) is just fully astounding. I could not put this down. I instantly fell in love with our main and supporting characters. Why must K.J. write such amazing potential love interests? I cannot choose who I love most.. I mean I knoowww who I love but they are all perfect and easy to swoon for. The layer of mysteries in this book does not leave you confused or lacking.. all I wanted is more, more, more. I love how there are the big questions and then all the questions along the way that make this book that more intense and suspenseful.

This is a MUST READ. **my first initial thoughts when I read the last sentence of this book were: "I am speechless.. I think I am deceased (in the voyant way of course ;) )".. but at the same time, I am so emotionally DEVASTATED at the book hangover I am feeling right now AND more importantly, that I now have a wait for book two.. I would like to formally request Goodreads to give this book 10 gold stars 🔥this has to be my favorite read of 2024!!!
