I can’t with Red Tower. This was so disjointed. The character development? Absent.
Aeri… the most insufferable pick me girl. “I’m loud and I’m quirky and I’m bubbly and I haven’t bathed in a week and got thrown into the sea and sweat so much but I still smell like flowers.”
And Royo??? This man who is supposed to be an unfeeling, intimidating assassin… spends two minutes in the presence of a love interest and is like “wow the world is good” stfu

Character development absent. You must’ve read a different book then me because this book is big into character development through the whole story
Character development absent? They went from not being able to stand each other to fighting for one another? I guess we’ll agree to disagree
Ignore the bitter bettys who are upset at you for expressing your own personal opinion and thoughts. You just saved me from suffering through this book, thank you
Look if you guys like the book that's fine, but they were horny for each other and that's supposed to be "love". There isn't any development, or change in any of the characters. It's just a bunch of tropes forced into 3 couples with no rhyme or reason.
