it was amazing

This book does such a good job at showing how famous American serial killers are not brilliant, charismatic, handsome men but are just ugly stupid LOSERS and only got away with their crimes due to incompetent law enforcement and their perceptions of being brilliant are due to media carrying this narrative. This is stuff we know already but it was so satisfying to see a book not hold back on showing how incompetent and ugly and loserish these men are, from the killers to the law enforcement etc and from the POV of sapphic women!

Michelle Allen Growing up in Tallahassee during this time, I was hesitant to-read, but such a good job with true landmarks and focusing on the victims and NOT painting Bundy in a positive light of any sort.

Melissa That made me laugh

Atticus Li (Poet) Great review! I would like it more if we stop romanticizing serial killers

lori Great review; I tried to read it (was excited as I liked her other book) but I couldn’t get past few pages, I was confused what’s going on & writing all over the place, but I’m going to give it another go!

Bethany Listening to it on Audible & it’s great. You may like it better that way~

Melissa (aspiring author) Haven't read this but it sounds amazing. They always give these horrific monsters too much credit. Like: "However did he manage to outsmart a teeny tiny, understaffed local police department?" Idk maybe they were incompetent???
