I have read with great enjoyment, almost in one sitting, an advance-copy of Off the Books. I find the author a master of the art of English language. She is also an irresistible storyteller, presenting the twists and turns of her story in a totally logical yet suspenseful manner. The novel is a lyrical thriller written by a poet.

One can easily detect the meticulous geographical research conducted by the writer of the protagonists' road-trip.

All in all, the Off the Books is a surprisingly well written and delightful read.
