ashley poston writes grief so realistically and deeply like who hurt you girl? and these characters, my gawd… why do i feel so mother right now? i’ll read anything this woman writes fr.
the way this book is literally right person, wrong time personified‼️ and i ate that shit UP‼️
i feel like i day this about every fmc these days but i mean it with this one; clementine is literally mirrorball coded like to the T! she’s so me coded if i’m gonna be real. love how ashley poston so accurately writes how it is to be a woman trying to find her footing in this world.
and Iwan my GAWD!! i need to bag a chef because gah damn, the way i want this man soooo bad. he’s so attentive and soft and deserves forehead kisses (from me specifically) if he was real, i’d put him in a gigantic fish tank and tap the glass a bunch🥹

oh my goodness i love your review! i ordered this today and can't wait. i ddn't know the mmc was a chef and now i'm so invested and excited lol. right person, wrong time sounds so good. glad you loved it!!

I love this review so much.
The author's grandfather committed suicide while she was writing this book. That informed her take on grief.
Okay but now I'm using the fish tank analogy forever.
You are a seriously hard critic so that fact that you love this book.. had to read. You know you are stingy with the stars. You are totally on point with the star and review. Thanks.
