** spoiler alert ** This was so dumb. Richard gaslighted his wife the entire time when his daughter had LITERALLY CONFESSED to the crime as a child. It’s so dumb I cannot. None of his actions made sense. He INSISTED she watch the baby. Insisted!!!!!!! He didn’t want the police?! He was just going to kill his daughter with an axe?! I can’t. So predictable, such an annoying MC, and Richard deserved what he got. Also, the grandma not even calling the police?? DUMB.

2 stars instead of one because it was gripping and the writing seemed decent.
