If life hands you lemons…follow an aging rock band. At least, that’s what Monica Taylor does.

When Monica’s husband, Brent, says he wants a divorce, Monty answers a call from her magazine editor, Carla, to follow the coming-out-of-retirement rock band Grope, fronted by her teen crush Donny Digits. Donning trendy clothes, posing as a younger woman, and assuming the name Melody, Monty travels from concert to concert, in hopes of gathering information for an exposé on the group. Unaccustomed to taking risks, Monty embarks, not only on an assignment, but on a journey of self discovery that brings nostalgia, romance, and surprises at every turn.
