Dnf. I give up. I have no idea what's going on and it's making this a chore to read. I don't usually read pnr but in spite of that, the fantasyland series and the three series are my absolute fave reads. In those books, you get a main characters who is like us and so who can explain wtf is going on. In this, there's a gazillion characters talking about EVERYTHING at once and there's no way of knowing what's what. I just cannot be arsed.

I'm sad because I bought this without sampling it on the strength of it being a KA but once again it's a dnf. Won't be making that mistake again.

For some reason, her last few books have been unreadable for me, taking way too much effort to get into them, or starting well then running out of oomph. It's a bummer feeling disappointed but I'm also getting a bit pissed off buying books that are unreadable and it's starting to be become a habi with ka. Hmmm.
