GAGA is a beautifully written journey of self-discovery. When one door closes, another opens. After 45-year-old Monty’s husband unexpectedly tells her he wants a divorce, she doesn’t fall apart. Instead, she opens herself to new opportunities, including a sought-after writing assignment following the band Grope and the lead singer she crushed on as a teenager. Monty discovers self-truths as she goes undercover as a groupie following the band around the country. There are many unexpected plot twists and turns and valuable lessons subtly imbedded within the story. After Monty gathers the courage to step out of the mundane, she learns that childhood dreams can come true. A highly recommended, fun read!
