This was wild! It's really interesting to read about serial killers, their mind workings, and their victims. I couldn't put this book down because it was so good. I thought it was a romance + mystery book.
Cassie's – character is really well-developed, and her pov is intriguing. The reasoning behind her profiling someone was enjoyable to read. I'm quite heartbroken rn because the two potential love interests, Michael and Dean, are both amazing, but I can't help but root for Michael. Dean's aesthetics on pinterest are prettyy, but so are Michael's (not that i'm judging them on THAT basis lol). Dean is the silent mysterious one, and Michael is the bad boy with daddy issues, but I'm more team Michael because he and Cassie have something. Although Dean and Cassie spend more time together because they're both profilers, she's somewhat more at ease with Michael. His crush seems too instant, and he has something on and off with Lia, but I still want HIM to be with Cassie. nvm i'm heartbroken because I just KNOW it'll be Dean she's going to end up with—it's my gut feeling. I'll definitely be crying. Even though this book's killer's identity was spoiled by my friend, that scene still shocked me because it was so good. I can't wait to read the other books!

This book is so good! LIKE A LOT. It was similar to many books but also so different??? and I was hooked! It's not usually my thing, but I'd devour another book by the author! It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I'd totally recommend it! I love it! And for a debut book, this book was awesome. It has such cute scenes! ...more

"You’re the beat to my heart, Amara."
Could they be any more perfect and strong? They're a literal warrior couple! I love them both so much as characters and their dynamic together. ♥️
Amara — My heart hurts for what she's been through. I knew I'd like her after reading The Predator. She was so sweet yet so strong, I loved how she fiercely protected herself and her unborn child. I truly respect her; she's literal WIFE MATERIAL.
Dante — He's the greenest red flag ever! Listen to me, this man is perfect! Not at all like other mafia men! He's not shy to express his feelings, needs, and unafraid to show affection. He's vulnerable at times and had an amazing personality in TP & TR. The way he cared for Amara and gradually fell in love with her by taking care of her. His words of affirmation, his respect for her boundaries, and how over the years he learned what gestures she's comfortable with— I'M TRULY IN LOVE. If not for the story, then read this book for Dante. ...more
My review won't quite do justice to this gem because clearly, some words aren't enough to express how much i love this perfect book. This book 5 stars
My review won't quite do justice to this gem because clearly, some words aren't enough to express how much i love this perfect book. This book just booked its place in my heart in a way other sweet romance books totally didn't book. It's literally so good and addictive. i went in with minimal expectations, just hoping for some cute scenes but now it's proudly sitting in my top 10 favorites! ✨
❝I’ve known since the moment I laid eyes on Annie that I needed to stay the hell away from her. Something about her attracts me in an I-could-get-feelings-for-her kind of way. And I don’t do feelings.❞
✨ It started off in the cutest way – well, not the unseasoned individual Annie was on a date with – but with Will making sure she's okay and walked her to her truck and then simping about her. No matter what, the 'I don't believe in love' trope is superior. It always slays, and I'm always slapped with the truth that i should consider this trope more. Genuinely, it's the execution that matters mostly and this book delivers. I'm still honestly surprised how it gave the way other books didn't give lol nvm, Will slayed. It's always the blue-eyed, muscular, strong, handsome man – with BUTTERFLY (freaking butterfly ...more

❝You’re my favorite person. No one gets me like you do, Daze.❞
I really thought I'd hate this book because Arch was like a mean loser in I'll Always Be with You, but THIS IS MY FAVORITE BOOK IN THIS SERIES. This year, all my anticipated reads are disappointing me, and the books I least expect from? They're really fun to read!
This book definitely has the corny-cringy scenes similar to the other books, but it had the healthiest relationship. I was positive that it would have problematic and ow scenes like the other books, but nope. A few ow mentions, but otherwise, Arch is the most protective person ever. The first 20% is messy, and I see how it CAN bore some people because it has ex info and some FORCED enemies-to-lovers plot, but it got better.
• Arch and Daisy have known each other for years because they are always in competition for the 1st position, but they never talked before. Arch, as a punishment, has to work at the admin office for a whole year, alongside Daisy. They had a rocky start at first but started getting along, becoming each other's confidants, and started spending time together, getting to know each other.
Arch — I thought that no one would top Weston, but Arch is my favorite now ...more

this whole book is ridiculously hilarious, and it did have its cringe moments like Book 1, but it's way better! I think I expected A LOT from Zach because he was badly outshined by Farrow.

This book was amazing! I was hesitant to start this trilogy, but this book turned out to be super captivating. I enjoyed every second of reading it.
