I was excited for descriptions of the underworld and for the exploration of a polyamorous relationship, but somehow all that fell flat for me while reading. I think a novel in prose would have been more to my liking in this case, although I usually love books written in verse....more

Ich bin großer Fan von "Knochenblumen welken nicht" und "Knochenasche rottet nicht" und auch ihr neues Buch konnte mich wieder überzeugen. Jedes Mal erwarten mich sanfte, rücksichtsvolle Charaktere, die sich in kleinen, queeren Familien zusammenfinden, eine interessante Welt, die kreative Magie zu bieten hat, und die perfekte gemütliche Stimmung. Den Begriff "Wohlfühl-Fantasy" finde ich da ziemlich treffend, wobei "Die Magie goldgewebter Herzen" meiner Meinung nach auch mit den bekannten, internationalen Vertretern dieses Genres mithalten kann. Wenn der Verlag das Buch also für Fans von TJ Klune und Travis Baldree anpreist, kann ich da nur zustimmen....more
