red flag: for this book, i watched szn 2 of tsitp BEFORE i read it, soo like my opinions differ, since the show was COMPLETLEY DIFFERNT, i literally forgot how differnt taylor was in these books

this book was good,always love reading a cozy summer book (idk about using the word cozy, but anyway) i just think the ending could've been better, like this book went by sooo fast! i just cant round this book up to a 4, because im a conrad girlie, TRUST, i understand if ur team jeremiah no hard feelings, but connie ON TOP, and plus, this book was also a bit melancholy, like i got the joy, when they finally got everything together, but it just went down hill after they all drove to conrads school..
overall, i cant wait for the next book! im not gonna read it till next summer to save it, but i heard its for us conrad girlies soooo ...more

anyways, this book was pretty alright. didn't put me in a slump or anything, it was just very long and repetitive. a book like this DID NOT have to be super long, tho it was interesting to get to know more about snow... i cant believe its the same person from in the OG trilogy. but oh well! so many ppl in that book deserved SOOOO MUCH better, like smh. (cant wait for the movie thoo!!) i went into this book being so clueless, but i guess its for the best. and ANYTIME i felt like sympathizing him I THOUGHT OF WHAT HE DID TO FINNICK. MY BELOVED, and plus id TOTALLY want a book on finnick's games, like thatd be so cool.
im still confused about the ending tho, like where his villian orgin began. but i guess i get it now! also, their names were SO LONG like in every sentence I SWEAR, anyways thats besides the point.
big question : would i rec this to someone? yes. because if u LOVE the og triology, u should read this. just to get some more background info, and before the movie comes out!! (the casting is BOMB)
characters: snow: ehhh, u had potential but nopee! lucy gray: literally LOVE HER, cant wait for her in the movie, i get why she has trust issues sejanus: tho i could be a LIL annoyed at times, u deserved better :) tigris: UGH smh, if you've read the og trilogy u can see the angst. i feel so bad for her :(

btw i always love associating characters with a TS album, so i find lucy gray to be a lil of folklore, lil of midnights and a lil of rep i meann CMON NOW the snakes and all!

Libenson has never wrote like this, and it was cool to get to know sarah's character, suprisingly i was able to relate, because i do have a guy best friend, and sometimes things can get wonky LOL
