No one writes work-place romance like KI Lynn. Off the Cuff started out as an incredibly fun enemies to lovers romance, but turned into a story with so much heart. I enjoyed reading this one so much.
Thane and Roe don't have the best first impressions of each other. Their meeting made me chuckle and I could tell this would be a fun story. Roe ends up working for Thane and they don't get along well at all. Then there is a shift. Thane starts to fall for Roe hard and Roe is insanely attracted to Thane. But it takes a while to Roe to open up and truly let Thane in, no matter how much chemistry is between them.
Thane was by far my favorite character of this book. I love a jerk with a heart of gold and that is him. He is the sweetest guy underneath it all and I loved how he was with Roe and Kinsey. Roe was a great heroine. I admired her so much. There was a moment towards the end I was frustrated with her, but overall I liked her a lot.
This book had fantastic banter, lots of steam and swoon, and made me laugh quite a few times. I love Lynn's writing and I recommend it for anyone who loves enemies to lovers/workplace romances.

"Off the Cuff" is a Standalone Office romance by the best selling author K.I. Lynn. Told in dual Perspectives , get ready to meet Thane And Roe!!
Roe is a single mother who didn't have the easiest life. With a sister who chose drugs over her own daughter , she took the responsibility to raise her toddler niece. That is until her morning takes a turn for the worse. She mistakenly spills coffee all over the chairman. But he doesn't seem to think that it was a mistake. After a few colourful words from him , she spills the coffee on him again though this time it might not be an accident. Whatever , he totally deserved it.
Thane is at a high position in his company. When a sassy short woman spills coffee on him and then dares to do it again, he knows he has met his match. His ways of persuasion were less than impressive. Making her leave her current job so that she could work under him as his secretary and could be at his beck and call. Nope. Not impressive at all. That did not mean he was letting her go. Their banter was something he looked forward to and knew that she was made for him.
But things were not that easy! He didn't know that she had a daughter and from what Roe knew , there was no chance he was going to stay after knowing that. I have always been a die hard fan of this author since the moment I read her book " Need". It absolutely drove me crazy and recognised the amazing spark this author's books have! This book had the same tint to it , making me enjoy every word and not letting me go until the very end! Compelling and explosive , 'Off The Cuff' is everything you would want in a contemporary romance!
A definite recommendation to all the contemporary romance lovers out there who would love themes like single parent , office romance , jerk hero , Second chance and so much Humour!!

Este libro es todo lo que busco cuando leo un single mom: un hombre haciéndose cargo de la responsabilidad de otro, creando una conexión con el bebé y no dudar ni por un segundo en que quiere ser el padre de ese hijo y estar con ambas a largo plazo.
El wey es tan superior. Tal vez al inicio parece un idiota, pero juro que es lo contrario. Todo él es una mega Green Flag. Lo natural que se tomó la noticia de cómo la chica tenía una hija, que literal fue de "ah, okay, no me lo espere pero que chido, premio doble" (lo último de hecho si lo dijo). El señor estaba seguro de lo que quería y no dudo de ir por ello.
Como un libro con single mom tiene justo lo que buscamos. AHORAAAA, hablando del romance de ambos, diría que es un InstaLove, o al menos un "atracción a primera vista". Su relación avanza bastante rapido, al 40% (creo) ya estaban juntos, osea, en una relación, contentos y con planes a largo plazo. La trama... no es complicada, es mas, me atrevo a decir que nunca sucedió nada jajajaj, solo eran ellos dos en su relación, teniendo momentos super tiernos y explorandose en uno al otro.
Todo esto no es necesariamente malo, de hecho si buscas algo rápido de leer, sin tanto drama y que te haga dar brincos de alegría, definitivamente debes leer este.
En general lo ame, me encanto y disfrute tanto de leerlo, por lo que es una mega recomendación.

OMGEEEE.
Thane was EVERYTHING. It's been a while since I've read a hero this amazing!! The banter, the sexual tension, the chasing, the dirty talk--it was all *chefs kiss*
He was so so so amazing with Roe and Kinsey. Not a moment of hesitation on his end if he wants to start something up with a woman who was raising her sister's daughter. He was all in from the start and it was so wonderful to read.
I did want to smack Roe upside the head in the last 1/3 of the book. I get we needed some angst but come on woman! This man was literally perfect and you dare to push him away!!
I will gladly take him off your hands if you don't want him, lol.
Overall, amazing hero! Highly recommend this book for him alone.

Tiene tropes geniales, por lo que esperaba un historia divertida, tierna, dulce y fue MEEH.
Ya a la mitad del libro están bien felices y el conflicto drama final fue absurdo sacado de la inseguridad de la protagonista, tiene al hombre perfecto porque sí, él era un amor tanto con ella como con la niña, o sea DUDE WTF?!!
No estuvo malo pero si esperaba más y sobre todo porque lo leí gracias a una reseña en Instagram.

Now I don't expect much of reality while going into a romance novel but I don't expect it to be so far from it either. I am no office worker but since when do you hire personnel by putting a sign of "YOU'RE MINE" on their desk. And even more perplexing is the employee's response with her cocking her hip left and right and backtalking.
“Wow, and I wasn’t sure I could dislike you more.”
“I don’t care whether or not you like me—you’re mine until she returns, so go do your job.”
“And what is that, exactly?”
“First is to stop glaring at me.”
A harsh laugh left me. “That’s going to be a hard one.”
I'm sorry how the hell is this a normal first time conversation as boss and employee?? This already warned me what I was getting into but nah I have turned into a masochist for the past few days and went along with the torture and fantasm of it.
Roe ruined the book for me. Period.
The only thing in her favor were her quips and her love for her niece, otherwise she was a very weak and cold character.
The girl made zero efforts for their relationship and even worse continuously kept self-sabotaging it.If it wasn't for the ML's endless devotion and love, there was no way this book would have progressed from the first 10 pages.
I remember in one scene Roe exclaiming that Thane deserved better and I couldn't agree more, the man was an absolute gem. These 2 stars are just because of him.

Off the Cuff was amazing! It captures my interest right from the beginning. A beautiful romance between Thane and Roe. Their witty banter, the need for each other, and those steamy scenes will keep you hooked to the story. It was a rough start for them but it played out pretty well in the end. This book is well-written, with great chemistry between the characters, happy moments, and also heartbreaking at some points. This was a feel-good read for me and I'm sure Thane Carthwright will make you swoon. KI Lynn does it again and she never disappoints! Definitely, a must-read!

This is the first book that I've read by this author and it was a fabulous read that I really enjoyed reading. This office romance read is a real page turner and this book really does have some laugh out loud moments that were awesome.
I loved the story between Roe and Thane and so will you.
Roe is a newly single mum that hasn't had the easiest of times in her life, but she is a great woman that will do anything to help out if she can. Her sister is a very selfish person and after she chose drugs instead of her own child Roe stepped in and didn't think twice about it. Roe is a really hard-working and independent person and your heart will ache for her too.
Thane is a quite an arrogant and cocky guy that knows what he wants and when the both bumped into each other its her he wants. Roe never just gave in and always made him work for her affections and after they both start of quite raw things defiantly start to heat up.
These two are so right for each other and are always meant to be. I love the way that this author writes and her style is awesome and I loved this book and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I loved this book and I cant believe that its the first book I've read by this author, this is a page turner and I couldn't put it down once I started reading it. I loved the characters and I really connected to Roe and the story and I really felt for her at times, I didn't think i was going to like Thane but my mind certainly changed on that one. I loved the banter between these two and the chemistry is off the charts and these two are so fun much together and this enemies to lovers , single parent book is a must read that I will defiantly be recommending to everyone. I cant wait to see what this author writes in the future.

I loved the banter between these two and the chemistry is off the charts and these two are so fun much together and this enemies to lovers , single parent book is a must read that I will defiantly be recommending to everyone. I cant wait to see what this author writes in the future.

This book. Y'all, THIS. BOOK. Whoa boy, my heart. My freaking heart. This book was crazyyyy good y'all... angsty, intense, steamy, and completely unforgettable in so. many. moments. I love a good office romance with hints of that taboo, forbidden, enemies to lovers thrown in and this beautiful romance did not disappoint for a single second.
It all started with one little coffee incident. LOL. Who knew it would that, that would shake up Roe and Thane's lives.
I devoured Off the Cuff in one single sitting and I swear it devoured me right back or maybe just those two did. Roe and Thane **all. the. swoon -- just wait until you meet these two** stole a HUGE chunk of my heart along the way. I mean all that banter, all that heat paired the most intense, electric undeniable chemistry. You have to meet them.
Off the Cuff is a brand new steamy contemporary romance standalone from the crazy talented K.I. Lynn. This book y'all. Run, don't walk to grab up this irresistible romance.

Sus personajes son, quizás demasiado lineales, con una escasa profundidad que simplemente, se mueven a través de la sensualidad asidua de su propia historia. Su leve crecimiento personal, en ocasiones tiende a alejar al lector de ellos, también su excesiva apuesta por la sencillez, les resta dramatismo a unos protagonistas que, en verdad, parecían prometer.
El estilo literario de la autora, aunque está cargado de elegancia, apenas conecta con el lector más asiduo a la romántica más purista y emocional. I was hoping for workplace romance - this author is fab at those but this felt all wrong. His asshol-ish behaviour felt more like sexual harassment than hot and she was no better, keeping a secret from him even though keeping the secret was more damaging than just telling him. Aggravating, I’m not into this, sorry.

Roe meets Thane at work when she accidently spills coffee on him and then not so accidently spills more on his suit. When Roe ends up as his temporary assistant, she is convinced it is a punishment. The sparks fly between them but will their secrets keep them from letting anyone get to close?
This was my first K.I. Lynn book and what a treat! The banter between Roe and Thane will keep you laughing. Roe and Thane both have baggage but the author does a great job of working them through it all. Loved Roe and Thane as well as the side characters. Can’t wait to check out the author’s backlist.

Holy crap I loved this read! The back and forth between Roe and Thane, totally makes the book and will have you laughing. She is the perfect match for Thane. As much as these two seem so different, they really are similar, they both have some issues to work thru, but together I feel like they can conquer anything

This book was everything. I got all the feels from reading Thane and Roe’s story. Thane is swoon worthy and definitely you will think about him non stop. Very sweet, emotional read that you will never want it too end. Kinsey is so adorable and sweet and when Kinsey & Thane interact, your ovaries will definitely explode. Very interesting story with amazing characters that I will never forget.

This was such a beautiful story! The characters felt so real and relatable. There was a lots of funny banter and the chemistry was off the charts. It was a typical office romance that you might expect and lots of elements really surprised me. I haven't read an office romance this good in a while!

K.I. Lynn is a new author to me, but she obviously has great experience in writing steamy, dramatic romances. Off the Cuff, is an awesome office romance that I could not put down. I loved the strong willed snarky female character and who wouldn’t love a gorgeous arrogant man that has to be in control. I have already downloaded another book by Lynn, and I can’t wait to get started on it. I highly recommend Off the Cuff if you’re ready to laugh a little at the witty banter and swoon over the sizzling love between Roe and Thane. 5-stars for Off the Cuff by K.I. Lynn

I just started reading K.I. Lynn this past year and I don’t know why I waited so long! She is definitely becoming one of my favorite authors! Off The Cuff had everything that I love in a great romance! Great characters, witty banter, a bossy boss, and strong single mom. It doesn’t get any better.
Roe has been through a lot in the last year and the last thing she expected was Thane. Roe has been used to taking care of herself and Kinsey. When one bad day and a couple choice words has Roe working for Thane, the last thing Roe expected was to fall for him.
I loved how much Roe challenged Thane and didn’t back down. Roe & Thane had amazing chemistry and banter. Thane was beyond swoon worthy with his words and his actions. Roe & Thane were imperfectly perfect for each other. I loved going on their journey.
I can’t wait to see what K.I. Lynn comes up with next!

I went into this book completely blind and was hooked from the start with the back and forth banter and shenanigans between Roe and Thane. I liked that Roe kept Thane on his toes and pushed his buttons.
I really enjoyed both characters for the most part. Thane had an alpha, pushier side, but over time you could see he was really a softy. I loved how he was with Kinsey and how much he worked to win over Roe and how bothered he was by the idea that she genuinely thought he might be a jerk. I loved how selfless Roe was with Kinsey, and what a great mother she was. I love how quick-witted she was and her overall personality.
Roe and Thane had some seriously hot chemistry and Thane had some seriously swoon-worthy moments. I read this book in one sitting and I was fully invested start to finish. I really enjoy this author's writing style and know I am going to enjoy her stories, so she tends to be a go-to author for me.

Off the Cuff is a fantastic single mom read. I loved Roe so much. You see her strength she has with taking on raising her niece. I love how feisty she is. Thane is gruff and caring. He is everything. I love the banter so much between Thane and Roe. The chemistry is red hot. There is something that will melt your heart when you see Thane, Roe and Kinsey together. I laughed and got teary eyed through this read. I really could not get enough of Thane and Roe. GO one click this one now.

When Roe is forced to be the temporary assistant to Thane she is beyond angry. She landed in this position after accidentally spilling coffee on him and when he did not accept it as an accident he got the rest dumped all over him! Her spitfire personality turned Thane on and he enjoy pushing her buttons and annoying her. I enjoyed their fiery banter and their love hate relationship. The chemistry between them was undeniable and off the charts sexy.
There is also some emotional moments to their story and secrets are revealed which is pivotal to making their relationship work.
If you are in the mood for a sexy enemies to lovers office romance with a bit of angst then I highly recommend Thane and Roe’s story.
