This book was AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! Not only was I able to learn about the health benefits of so many spices and herbs, but I am equipped to actually use these ingredients when I'm in the kitchen! I also love that the author included meal ideas flavor pairings. Oh, and I'll be trying out the recipes very soon - the Jammin' Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumettes are first on my list!!!

This will definitely be my go-to book for adding some spice to my life, and I'm sure I'll be referring to this read over and over again! An absolute must-read!!!
