Why

It was ok it was not as good as I thought it would be. I thought it would give me better eating and exercise tips for my thighs

I'm so excited I had to come and write a review

I took my measurements this morning and have definitely shed a few inches from my thighs. I've been doing the "muscle loss" protocol. There are two -one for girls with overdeveloped muscles and another for girls who have stubborn thigh fat.

I had been doing a lot of hardcore workouts with p90x, insanity, jillian michaels, etc. I was concerned when my thighs seemed to be getting bulkier and my pants TIGHTER. Then i realized all those stupid squats, lunges, and as the book says, resistance training of the legs, was counterproductive to the look I wanted, which are slim and slender thighs (like the runway models)

I am very optimistic that I will be able to get there with the advice in this book.

I was also pretty skeptical at first because i thought it was just going to rehash everything I had heard before but many of these hacks are really not know. Like, there a hunger training hack, a hack that tells you how to boost your metabolism with different foods and a calorie cycling technique. There's also a technique for exercising during certain times to burn more calories and just too much stuff to mention
