Can anyone please tell me why is this book categorized as a "historical" fiction? I mean OK, the war scenes are inspired by the trench wars in WWI, but does that alone qualify a book to be considered "historical"? When there are absolutely zero references to real historical events and the name of the towns, the dates, and everything else is quite imaginary?
