When does this all take place? Could not find any dates but it alludes to 2018 or?

The book's promo copy says "The IRA may have gone underground in the two decades since the Good Friday Agreement", which was 1998. This makes sense, since there's a "10 years later" type epilogue.(less)

Is there strong language, sex, or graphic violence in this book?

Sandy Salivaras No sex. No strong language. Was actually surprised when Tessa used the words fuck you” near the end of the book. No real graphic violence.
