It might make some of them uncomfortable, but I think everyone 14+ could at least handle it. There is a lot of swearing, and the things the characters do are DEFINITELY really dark, but it IS a murder mystery. It follows the thoughts of a murderer sometimes, though. Just know what you're going into before you do. (less)

From the very beginning, little monsters leave the reader with the same unsettling feeling. Both PLL and Little monster contain a recurring theme of Kara. They both impart the lesson that we should be cautious about who we befriend because not everyone or everything is as it seems. (less)
