It might make some of them uncomfortable, but I think everyone 14+ could at least handle it. There is a lot of swearing, and the things the characters do are DEFINITELY really dark, but it IS a murder mystery. It follows the thoughts of a murderer sometimes, though. Just know what you're going into before you do. (less)

The story really intrigues me, but the "for fans of Pretty Little Liars" part actually kind of puts me off. Can anyone tell me just how similar in terms of themes and vibe it is to PLL? Or maybe there is someone who's read it and isn't as into PLL as well and can tell me what they thought? :)

They both impart the lesson that we should be cautious about who we befriend because not everyone or everything is as it seems. (less)
