The Victoria Chapter of Habitat for Humanity was chartered in 1994 and dedicated its first house in 1996. The affiliate’s name changed to Golden Crescent Habitat for Humanity when its service area expanded to include DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson and Lavaca counties. In the 29 years since its founding, we’re proud to say that Habitat has made a difference in the lives of 164 families in our community!
