The eagle has landed! On November 10, Travis Kelce officially arrived in Argentina in time for Taylor Swift’s second Eras Tour concert in Buenos Aires.

Last night many Swifties were surprised that Kelce skipped the kickoff of her South American tour, despite having the weekend off from playing football. Instead the 34-year-old NFL player supported close friend and teammate Patrick Mahomes at his 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Gala in Kansas City. However, Page Six reported that Kelce could still end up hopping on a plane to make it to one of Swift’s remaining concerts in Argentina before getting back to work.

It turns out, they were right. On November 10, The Daily Mail published photos of Kelce arriving in Buenos Aires after reportedly having taken off from Kansas City at 11 p.m. on Thursday evening. According to the publication, Kelce—who can be seen wearing a beige cable-knit sweater, a green baseball cap, and cargo sweatpants—was the only passenger on the lengthy flight, which included a one-hour stop for fuel in Panama City.

While this definitely won’t help Swift’s reputation when it comes to carbon emissions, Kelce’s last-minute trip may curb concerns that their fledgling ship won’t survive her international tour schedule. Well, this and the fact that she sang “Labyrinth” during the acoustic set of her show on November 9.

For those who don’t know, Swift performs two surprise songs during each Eras Tour concert. Last night she chose the Midnights song “Labyrinth,” which includes the lyric, “Oh no, I’m falling in love again.” Fans did not miss the connection. In fact, at least one fan on X.com predicted Swift's choice back in October.

It’s just a shame Travis Kelce wasn’t in town to hear it. Of course, it’s probably fair to say Taylor Swift’s next surprise songs will cause just as much chatter online. Oh, God, imagine if she performs “End Game.” With lyrics like, “I wanna be your first string, I wanna be your A-team,” and “Ooh, you and me, we’d be a big conversation,” the Swifties would simply never recover. It’s me. I’m Swifties.
