New customer discounts

If you’re not a Prime member yet, you can be one for free for one whole month. Just activate your membership, and enjoy 30 blissful days of discounts like their free Audible program, free Prime Video access, next-day free shipping, and much more without paying a red cent. 

Get free shipping

Amazon basically invented free delivery, and offers it on orders more than $25 if you live in the contiguous United States. And if your order is less than $25, the shipping can still be free once you sign up for Prime. 

Student, teacher, and educator discounts

If you’d like six months of a free Prime membership, and you’re a student or educator…well, you’re in luck. Sign up by verifying your status with Amazon.

Listen, it’s not everyday, but occasionally we do find $10 off coupons for Amazon. Sometimes they’re only for new customers, and sometimes they’re just for Prime members. Sometimes they can only be used for a specific product or product category. But they do exist.

It seems like everyone has a newsletter these days, and Amazon is no exception. If you’re itching to get on the list, scroll to the bottom of the home page until you see the “Amazon Newsletter” section, then enter your email address to sign up. They’ll send you offer codes right to your inbox. 

How to redeem an Amazon promo code

When you’re done with a shopping session on Amazon, you get the choice to review your cart or proceed to checkout. If you click the checkout option, you’re asked to sign into your Amazon account (or create a new one).

Once you’re all signed in, you’ll get taken to a page that says “Review Your Order.” This is where the magic happens. Enter your coupon code in the “Add a gift card, promotion code, our voucher” box and click “Apply.” 

Troubleshooting your promo code

Code not working? Check to make sure it’s not expired. Then check if it requires a minimum purchase amount. 

Valid but still not working? Allow me to direct you to Amazon Customer Service. Just click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the site and someone will be available to help.
