Liam Rappleye is an award-winning student-journalist and senior at The University of Michigan, where he is pursuing a degree in English while serving as a writer and editor for The Michigan Daily. He has covered criminal justice, student life, hog farms, bathrooms and even authored some crossword puzzles. Previously, Liam interned for the opinion page at the Free Press, contributing reporting on the 2022 elections. He is from Grand Haven and plans to pursue a career in journalism.
