I have recently been looking through a pile of old photographs and came across this. This is a rather nice photograph of my Mum Eileen Geary and she appears to be Maid of Honour/Bridesmaid at a wedding. However for some strange unknown reason this photograph or the wedding itself does not appear in Mums 1940’s photo album. Mum was quite proud of her albums and I would love to know why this photograph did not make the cut to be included. Because of this I know nothing about this photograph other than judging by her hairstyle etc its circa 1949 and I think the church is St Helen’s, Stapleford.
