Streetcars [in a clean Chinatown]

I think it would be a good idea if I got out of the way. These are the sacrifices I make for my work!

 

Looking at this picture, you could hardly tell that the city of Toronto workers are entering their fifth week of strike. Without garbage pick-up, you'd expect Chinatown to be a post-apocalyptic mess...but it isn't. In fact, I've seen some vendors going to greater lengths to provide their own garbage cans next to the over-flowing city ones. I think they're doing a good job of limiting the mess.
