In 2023, its final height of 328.4 metres (1,077 feet) and 91 stories was approved. Construction delays might mean another project in Toronto may reach 300 metres before this one does, Pinnacle One Yonge SkyTower, which has a planned height of 312 metres (1,025 feet) and 94 storeys, but applied in 2022 for a height increase to 346 metres (1,135 feet) and 105 stories. In October 2023, the project was put into receivership, but construction continues.
