I had to do a good deal of setting up and learning to be able to use a local instance of Stable Diffusion to generate images that are not severely distorted. It is worth the effort, I think. Assisted by Photoshop neural filters, which do an awesome job at adjusting expression and quality of image -- especially in the face and eyes.
