This is an area of photography that I find most difficult. Composing a shot somewhere between macro close-up and landscape. Its not the focus - its the COMPOSITION that I find so hard to achieve. I've been trying for a couple of years ... and it is still the area where I have most discards!
But I keep on trying ;o)
