Happy Up!

"Glück Auf!" is the name of the Orsoy ferry. It's also a common and very well known saying among skippers on the Rhine: It means, you should always make sure you can see the real scenery better than its reflection in the water. If the latter is the case, it probably means your ship is sinking.

 

Another important term to know in this context is "Seemannsgarn". But I'll leave it to you to find out what that is.
