Descending Order. U of T Campus.

Is this life imitating Art? Is it Art? I did not have to wait long to see someone with backpack walking past here. After all; student and backpack are synonymous. The trees in this university enclave are protected against damage from ongoing construction. There are about dozen trees with decorated fence around them. This work is by Que Rock (Quentin Commanda) and it is about residential school legacy and its impact on the survivors. Of course horrible things happen, when governments decide, what is good for the individuals.
