Quest for Proficiency

As I work on Study 26, I am one quarter through my 101 Oil Studies project, begun seven months ago. I paint, therefore I am. Apologies to Descartes, but that's not a bad outlook for one's advancing years. I first picked up an oil painting brush 25 months ago at age 68. I'm documenting my progress in my "101 Oil Studies" album.
