Why do I love photogaphy ??? It helps opens my eyes to see things that I may normally pass by during everyday life.

Having my camera by my side reminds me to slow down just a little bit each day so I can capture and appreciate something unique or unusual.

I also enjoy shooting sports photography which you can view at my site ...

Love the work of Robert Capa as quoted "If your photographs aren't good enough, you're not close enough."

Love to collect cameras ... OK ... it's an obsession !!!

Slowly working on posting my collection.

His photographs will whiten your teeth and widen your smile but more importantly, sharpen your mind. Witty and very intelligent, Les and his photographs transform our way of viewing what we consider beautiful every day and force us to review our notions. Do not just browse, but study this stream. Gems are hidden everywhere, and yes, if you are not looking for sunsets, they are in plain sight. Thanks Les for a thoughtful and a funny stream of images; and more importantly, for helping us see and think with more clarity.

Les is a true testament to the passion and art of photography. He readily explores and captures new places, locations, subjects and provides a very interesting look at everything that surrounds him. His commitment to film and developing his own pictures, and reading of his techniques and process is just as wonderful as the pictures he takes. Les is helping and inspiring others to do the same and it's refreshing to see someone give of themselves to help others by doing so. Les is a great guy...I enjoy going out with him, meeting for a coffee and a shoot with him. Always kind, fun and informative...easily one of the good guys in life ;-) I urge you to browse his pictures and leave a comment or two...it's time well spent!

Les is one of the rare photographers that actually motivates me to do new things. Like experimenting with film & developer combinations, ISO-speeds etc. We both share our obsession for vintage cameras and film, but this doesn't mean that his stream is all about demonstrating these old cameras. It is the image that counts, no matter what camera he uses. His "Shitcam series" is a perfect example of this.
