I am a hobby photographer, living in the Orkney Islands which are situated off the North of Scotland with the North Sea to our East and the North Atlantic to our West, we have big sky's which produce great cloudscapes, sunsets and sunrises all of which I like to photograph and share on flickr. I also like trucks, farm and industrial machinery along with boats and ships.

I hope to improve my photography through time by learning from all the great content here on flickr. I have been trying to do some processing on my images with HDR and just recently getting adobe photoshop, so any tips are greatly appreciated as the learning curve is quite steep I feel.
